"Haven't I heard you before?" A listener asked recently. Most likely they have. I've been on the radio in South Bend in one form or another since 1991. I got my radio start fresh out of high school, (Lakeshore High alumni) and after a few years in my hometown, I made the big jump to South Bend to work at U93. Long story short, changed my name to Taylor Richards and enjoyed a decade-plus of radio with a few perks, like meeting my wife Debbie.
Community Church. What an adventure that was! I experienced my first mission trip, (which led to many more), experienced my first middle school camp, (which lead to many more), and got to learn from some of the very best in ministry and leadership. During that time, I jumped at an opportunity to do mornings at Pulse FM in the fall of 2006. A little overwhelming with 2 jobs, an 11 year old, and a newborn too, I once again stepped away from the microphone... only to be pulled back in 2008. After one year at a local rock station, opportunity once again came knocking with LeSea Broadcasting and Pulse FM.
So, here we go... all things new, a whole new beginning, a new day, etc. I am so excited to be a part of this family at LeSea and looking forward to what God has for all of us in the coming days.
