Whether you're searching for the perfect gift for upcoming weddings, Mother's Day, or Father's Day, or you simply want to add a touch of patriotic flair to your home, this vendor and craft fair has something for everyone.  Admission is free, so bring your friends, family, and appetite for adventure to the May Day Market at the Kosciusko County Fairgrounds. Join us at the Elkhart Environmental Center for a brand new program this spring, our Hummingbird Yard Art Workshop! Attendees will learn all about our endearing migratory hummingbird species, the Ruby-throated Hummingbird, during an informative presentation. Afterwards, guests will create a mosaic garden stepping stone featuring this lovable bird using upcycled tile and ceramics. All materials will be provided – just bring yourself and your sense of creativity!   Registration for this workshop is $10 per person. Advance registration is limited and required by Sunday, May 4th. Elkhart Northside Church of the Nazarene is hosting the Elkhart Northside Baby Room Craft Fair on Saturday May 10th from 10am-3pm. The Baby Room is located at Elkhart Northside Church of the Nazarene and it is a local ministry that helps families in need with new or gently used baby clothes and other baby essentials. In 2024, we were able to minister to over 800 families who were in need in our community. This Craft Fair is open to all an is a fundraiser to help our local Baby Room continue to minister to our community and help those in need.
Admission is free, but donations are accepted. Join us either as a vendor or come and see what fun things we have for sale. We have vendors of all kinds including crafts, artwork, jewelry, books and so much more.

We are having a huge multi-family yard sale at our church to help raise money for Destiny Rescue. Destiny Rescue exists to rescue kids from sexual exploitation and human trafficking and equip them to stay free. We have a generous donor that is offering to match all of the proceeds up to $20,000. The Free Fishing Clinic is put together by the Elkhart Environmental Center, Elkhart Parks & Recreation, and Public Works Aquatic Biology Departments. Ideal for ages 7+, this clinic features a series of stations to teach kids the important aspects of fishing, such as: stewardship, conservation, safety & casting, knot tying, and basic tackle. Kids who complete the clinic will receive a free rod and reel (while supplies last) and can stick around the pond to get some experience, or check out live fish from the Elkhart River by our Aquatic Biology Department. The Episcopal Diocese of Northern Indiana Summer Youth Camp is offered for students entering 3rd-9th grades in the 2025/2026 school year. It is held at Camp Alexander Mack in Milford, IN on the shores of Lake Waubee. Each year the planning team designs a special curriculum centered around a theme intertwining biblical teachings and modern day experiences.
