• Chautauqua Introduction to Plein Air Workshop

    Beginning on May 29, 2024, Chautauqua-Wawasee will host a three-day ÒIntroduction to Plein AirÓ workshop at three naturally beautiful locations at Lake Wawasee, Between the Lakes and the Tri-County Fish and Wildlife Area. Three instructors, Mary Ann Davis, David Seward and Dave Broerman, will be available to provide instruction and advice. The workshop will begin at the Oakwood Resort, 702 E. Lake View Rd, Syracuse, Indiana.

  • Pawasee Dog Parade

    The first ever event of its kind in Syracuse will feature you and your adorable costumed dogs! The Parade will begin at the Oakwood Resort. Awards will be presented to the best dressed dog, best dog trick, best tail wagging and other categories. Join us with your four-legged furry friends for loads of fun at this Pawtastic Event.

  • Concert – Bach Meets the French

    The last week of June is time to ÒshoeÓ some love and donate shoes in the drop-off box at Pathway Methodist Church in St. Joseph, Michigan. Help keep shoes out of landfills, put them on bare feet, and provide family income in countries around the world.

  • Coalbush UMC Foodboth

    The 4-H fair is coming. Head over to our Food Booth at the 4H Fair and treat yourself to a great meal. To show our gratitude to the men and women who serve our country and communities, military personnel and first responders will receive a $10 credit toward their meal, so come hungry!

Learn amazing facts about the life of this great inventor, entrepreneur and early historian through this first person interpretation of Ben Franklin. Bring your questions for a lively discussion with Ben!

  • Fireworks on the Fairway

    Fireworks at Black Squirrel are back! The long-loved fireworks in Goshen are coming back with a new name, Fireworks on the Fairway. This event is free for the entire community. We hope youÕll enjoy some food and beverages from local food trucks, shop with some vendors, and relax on the fairway as we celebrate this great country of ours.
