Every year our church hosts a fun-filled Craft Bazaar for our community. This year our Craft and Vendor Bazaar on November 19th will feature around 60 booths of incredible handmade crafts, holiday gifts, and amazing direct sales vendors selling some of your favorite things for the holidays. Every year our event helps us raise money for a service opportunity that we are working towards and this year it s all about raising money to send out youth to a missions conference in Florida called the Nazarene Youth Conference. So come and partake in all the fun, shop for gifts, and enjoy our breakfast and lunch concession stand and homemade bake sale going on and be a part of this amazing day with us. This event is free to the whole community so make sure to invite your friends and family and join us at Elkhart Northside Church of the Nazarene as we welcome you to our Craft and Vendor Bazaar.

Get into the Christmas spirit with a free concert with the Browders!! Voted ÒBreakthrough Artist of the YearÓ at the Absolutely Gospel Music Awards in 2013, 2014 Dove Award Nominee for ÒInspirational Song of the YearÓ, and receiving ÒMusic Video of the YearÓ at the 2016 AGM Awards, the Browders have headlined their own shows and have also opened for The Band Perry, MercyMe, Michael English and others. Yet in talking to the Browders, itÕs not the venues theyÕve played or the No. 1 singles theyÕve earned that dominates the conversation. Join us for a night of holiday fun! The Grinch will be at Gingerich Group Realty from 5-7pm for pictures and treats. The office is the perfect location to catch the Milford Fire/Police/EMS Santa Parade that begins at 6pm so make sure to bring a blanket or chair! Santa interactions following!

Our winter showcase is a fun-filled night of talent that the whole community is invited to. This fundraiser will feature lots of different musical and art talents as well as a Cafe where all the proceeds we raise will help our youth group go on a special missions trip called the Nazarene Youth Conference. Come and watch some amazing talented acts and grab some dinner and drinks. This event will be on December 18th at 5pm at Elkhart Northside Church of the Nazarene at 53569 County Road 7 Elkhart, IN 46514.

Coalbush Christian preschool registration starts this month and will run through the end of April.

Explore our trails and look for feathered friends during our KidsÕ Winter Birding Scavenger Hunt at the Elkhart Environmental Center! Throughout the month of February, families can search for and learn about winter birds on cards stationed along our trails. Kids can use a trail map to find the cards and borrow a birding backpack to search for real birds with binoculars along the way!

After checking off the birds on your list, send us a photo of your favorite card to be entered into a drawing to win a bluebird nesting box! Photos must be sent to [email protected] by March 1st. Limit one entry per family, please.

This activity is self-guided. Scavenger hunt sheets and birding backpacks can be picked up from our VisitorÕs Cabin during office hours (Monday-Friday 8 AM -5 PM). A digital copy of the activity sheet can be found on our Facebook Events page for this event when our office is closed.

Get kids outdoors this winter during the Elkhart Environmental CenterÕs nature play days! Each Thursday in February, come out with the kids any time between 2:30 PM and 4:30 PM to explore our trails, participate in self-guided nature activities, and enjoy quality time outside. All ages are invited to bundle up and engage in the fun!

Please join us for an evening of making connections and learning about the wonderful resources in our community. There will also be a Covid-19 vaccination clinic on site. This is a FREE event and open to the public.

Enjoy learning about and supporting your local wildlife? Join us at the Elkhart Environmental Center on Thursday, March 30th to help install bluebird nest boxes and bat houses! During our volunteer work day, participants will assist staff in installing boxes across our site to provide safe spaces for some of our native wildlife. All materials will be provided Ð just bring yourself!
