Join us for this Outdoor Spring Craft Fair supporting our community ministry "Baby Room- Plus". Our Baby Room supports over 50 families every month with free clothes and baby essentials. This event is Free Admission, but donations are accepted and will be going towards this amazing ministry. Come and walk around and enjoy over 60 booths of amazing treasures, gifts, vendors, and crafts! A food truck will be on site during the day as well so stop by for lunch, shop, and even check out our Baby Room ministry. This event takes place on Saturday May 11th from 10-3pm and is perfect for a Mother's Day weekend. Join us at Elkhart Northside Church of the Nazarene for a great time.

*Annuals only please (flowers that grow for only one season) or a fresh flower to place at the Angel of Hope Memorial.
Refreshments will be served after the program.
Angel of Hope Memorial Garden is a place of reflection and remembrance for all who have lost a child of any aje.
If you cannot attend this event, remember that flowers can be planted at any time.

We are holding a church rummage sale to raise funds for a group that will be going to Brazil in July to serve at camp. Lunch will also be available for sale. No entrance fee. All sales proceeds will go to the mission trip. The sale is May 16-18 from 8am - 3pm

The Wawasee Fine Arts Festival returns to the park in Oakwood Resort for the tenth year. This FREE Festival brings together more than 35 local and regional artists from around Indiana and beyond. All art has been juried to qualify for inclusion in the festival. This beautiful outdoor setting provides a family-friendly environment. ChildrenÕs activities and playground are available. Food vendors are onsite for snacks and lunch, with outdoor seating available. This yearÕs Fine Arts Festival is adding a new feature, Plein Air Paint Out, followed four days later by another new program, Introduction to Plein Air Workshop. The Plein Air painting is the art of painting outdoors, capturing natural light and scenery. Starting at 9:00 am, artists will select a location and scene, and paint throughout the day ending at 4:00pm when awards will be presented and artwork will be available for purchase.

As a Memorial Day tribute to honor those you made the ultimate sacrifice and those who served our country in the Armed Forces, a jet fly-over all three lakes is followed by more than 40 buglers strategically located around the three lakes - Syracuse, Wawasee and Papakeechie who will play Taps across the water. Beginning on May 29, 2024, Chautauqua-Wawasee will host a three-day ÒIntroduction to Plein AirÓ workshop at three naturally beautiful locations at Lake Wawasee, Between the Lakes and the Tri-County Fish and Wildlife Area. Three instructors, Mary Ann Davis, David Seward and Dave Broerman, will be available to provide instruction and advice. The workshop will begin at the Oakwood Resort, 702 E. Lake View Rd, Syracuse, Indiana.

The first ever event of its kind in Syracuse will feature you and your adorable costumed dogs! The Parade will begin at the Oakwood Resort. Awards will be presented to the best dressed dog, best dog trick, best tail wagging and other categories. Join us with your four-legged furry friends for loads of fun at this Pawtastic Event.
