The Cass Family Mobile Health Clinic is open for patient visits, bringing convenient healthcare services to communities throughout Southwest Michigan. The Mobile Health Clinic operates Monday through Thursday, year-round, from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Walk-in appointments are welcome, and new patients may register onsite. Services are available to all community members, not just current Cass Family Clinic patients.

Led by Director Nadzieja Pocheki, MSN, FNP-BC, the Mobile Health Clinic provides a wide range of services including health and wellness exams, blood pressure checks, influenza vaccinations, sports physicals, substance use disorder behavioral therapy, and additional medical resources.

It is important to ensure that Southwest Michigan residents have access to quality healthcare – no matter where they are. The Mobile Health Clinic allows care in a new and innovative way, reaching patients who might otherwise face challenges accessing services.
The Mobile Health Clinic visits multiple locations across the region, including Edwardsburg, Marcellus, Three Oaks, Vandalia, Niles, Sister Lakes, Union, and more.
